Care Station participates with many medical insurance plans, including those listed below. You need to verify that we are participating members of your plan before you come into the office. Even though your company or plan may be listed here, it is not a guarantee of your coverage. Remember that you, the patient, are ultimately responsible to know your insurance plan and coverage. Contact the member services phone number listed on your insurance card. For your convienence, we have included links which will bring you to the website for each insurer (if available). If we can be of any help, please contact our office prior to your visit.
If you are not covered by any of our participating companies or you are uninsured, we are happy to see you in the office. We will work with you to keep your fees as low as possible. Payment will be required at time of service. Please contact our billing department at 908-925-7519 extension 10 prior to your visit for more information.
